Desktop automation for small and mid-size companies
Your team's repetitive desktop work, done by software.
We build programs that run on your own Windows PCs: data entry into portals and legacy systems, report pulls, file handling, invoice processing. Fixed-price pilots delivered in two weeks, then maintained as your software changes.
- Runs on your machines
- No passwords held
- Signed software
- Fixed prices
What is the manual version costing you?
Move the sliders. Rough numbers; yours will differ.
Assumes the automation removes most of the manual time and a $1,500 pilot. Not a quote.
Where the hours go
If someone on your team does it the same way every day, on a Windows PC, it is a candidate. These are the usual suspects.
Finance and accounts payable
- Invoice details typed into accounting software
- Statement lines matched and flagged
- Month-end exports combined into one workbook
Operations
- Orders from email or PDF entered into the system
- Vendor and government portal submissions
- Daily files renamed, sorted and archived
Sales and CRM
- Leads imported from spreadsheets and forms
- Status updates copied between two systems
- Quotes generated from a template and a price list
HR and onboarding
- New-hire accounts created across several systems
- Documents filed to the right folders
- Timesheets collected and checked
Customer service
- Ticket details entered into legacy tools
- Order and shipment lookups from one screen
- Return and warranty forms filled from a case
Reporting
- Numbers pulled from portals into one sheet every morning
- The same report rebuilt and emailed on schedule
- Dashboards refreshed from exports
Why desktop automation, not another system
Works with what you already use
The program uses the screen the way a person does, so it works with legacy desktop software, vendor portals and anything without an API. Nothing to migrate.
Your data stays where it is
It runs on your own Windows PCs, under your own user accounts, inside your own network. Nothing passes through our servers.
Priced like a project, not a platform
A fixed price per automation and an optional care plan. No per-bot platform licences, no consultants on retainer.
How we work
Start with one process. Prove it. Then add the next.
Process review
You show us the task on a call. We tell you whether it can be automated, what it would cost, and what it would save.
Pilot
One process, end to end. Success criteria agreed in writing first. You see a demo on your own sample data before anything is installed.
Rollout
Installed on the PCs that need it, scheduled where it should run unattended, with a runbook and a handover session.
Care
When your software or a portal changes, we update the automation. Monthly health check, priority fixes, and the next process when you are ready.
Pricing for companies
Fixed prices, agreed before work starts. Founding clients get the pilot at half price in exchange for a reference.
A short call to find the best first automation and put a price on it.
- Candidate process identified
- Written estimate of cost and savings
- No obligation
Your first process, built and proven in two weeks. Founding clients: $750 with a reference.
- Success criteria agreed up front
- Demo on your sample data before install
- Installed on up to 5 PCs
- Runbook and handover session
- 30 days of fixes
Every process after the pilot, priced from the review.
- Same delivery standard as the pilot
- Reuses what we already built for you
- 30 days of fixes each
Keeps everything running as your software changes.
- Updates when a portal or program changes
- Priority fixes, next-business-day reply
- Monthly health check and log review
- Cancel any time
Starting prices for a single Windows environment. Final quote after the process review. Prices exclude any software licences your own systems require.
Security and control
- Runs on your Windows PCs under your user accounts. Nothing on our servers.
- We never hold your passwords. Credentials stay in your Windows session or your password manager.
- Every program we ship is code-signed, so your IT can verify who built it.
- Every run writes a log, with a screenshot on any error.
- Your IT can review the source on request, and owns it outright on custom builds.
- We will sign your NDA before the process review if you need one.
What a finished automation includes
- A signed program plus a plain settings file your team can edit.
- A status window with Start, Pause and Stop, and a panic hotkey.
- A dry-run mode that shows what it would do without doing it.
- Scheduled runs through Windows Task Scheduler, under your IT's control.
- A written runbook and a handover video for the people who use it.
- 30 days of fixes, then an optional care plan for when your software changes.
Questions from owners and IT
What happens when our software updates and the screen changes?
It can break, like any automation that works through the screen. We build against the application's controls rather than pixel positions wherever the program allows, which survives most updates, and the care plan covers the rest. Without a care plan, fixes are quoted.
Do we need to buy an RPA platform?
No. We ship self-contained Windows programs. You do not need UiPath, Power Automate or any platform licence for them to run.
Can our IT team review it before it goes on our machines?
Yes. Every program is code-signed, writes a log, and the source is available to your IT on request. On custom builds you own the code.
What about Macs or phones?
Windows 10 and 11 only. Most of the software that needs this kind of automation lives there.
How do you charge for changes after delivery?
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, small changes are covered by the care plan and bigger ones are quoted as a new automation.
Will you automate something a vendor or portal forbids?
No. If a vendor prohibits automated access in its terms, we say so during the review and suggest another route. We also don't build bots for online games or anything designed to avoid detection.
